The traditional way to wear them is to leave your heel slightly (1-3 cm) beyond the edge and lightly hook the thong with your toes. If you want to wear them in a modern style, insert your toes deeper into the thong. Once you wear a pair of geta sandals, they will conform to the shape of your feet, so the first time you put them on is crucial.

We will ship your order within 2-3 business days after it is completed.
Regarding returns
Since we make each item to order after receiving your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons.
We will respond as quickly as possible to any irregular problems such as our own mistakes, initial defects, or damage during transportation.
In the above case, we or the shipping company will cover the costs.
If there are unavoidable circumstances, please contact us by email within one week of arrival to discuss the matter.
In that case, you will be responsible for all costs, including round-trip shipping and repackaging fees.
We will deduct the return shipping costs (850 yen) and the re-inspection and repackaging costs (1,650 yen including tax) from the refund amount, totaling 2,500 yen. We appreciate your understanding. (Within Japan)

Precautions for use
Please note that the toe strap (hanao) may feel slightly tight when the Setta are new, but the genuine leather will gradually soften and conform to your feet with wear.
Please also note that the dyed leather used in the Setta may transfer color onto socks or other materials due to moisture or friction.
